Support, maintenance & evolution

Your system up and running and ready to keep evolving.

We keep websites and systems running, fix problems and support your business as its needs change. We take care of the solutions we build as well as websites and systems made by other providers, which we review first to understand their condition and decide how to take over maintenance.

Tell us what you need maintained

When nobody really knows who looks after the system

Launching a website or system doesn’t end the need to maintain it. Over time come updates, external changes, incidents and new needs.

  • Your site goes down and you don’t know who to call.
  • Whoever built the system stopped answering, and every fix gets harder.
  • An integration changes and something stops working without anyone noticing.
  • Every small change becomes a new project, explaining everything all over again.

Keep what works and improve what needs to change

What we cover, according to the agreed scope.

Preventive maintenance & updates

Regular reviews to keep your site or system up to date and avoid problems from outdated versions.

Fixes

We analyze errors and unexpected behavior, find the root cause and fix it within the agreed scope.

Monitoring & backups

Checks on how things are running and backups for visibility and the ability to recover.

Security & access

Certificates, users, permissions and updates reviewed regularly, because security isn’t a one-time task.

Integration maintenance

When payment methods, messaging, calendars or other platforms change, we adapt the connections.

Evolution & new features

New features, sections, processes and integrations, without treating each need as a project from scratch.

What the service can include

Depending on the website or system and the agreed scope.

We also look after the websites we build from day one, with continuity between development, support and new needs.

Support and evolution aren’t the same thing

A system doesn’t end the day it launches. Something can fail, an external service can change or a feature may need adjusting. Support keeps what already exists working.

Evolution answers a different need: the business changes and new ideas and processes appear. Evolving means adding or changing capabilities, assessing their scope first. Keeping the two apart makes it clear what’s a fix and what’s an improvement.

  • Support: fix what already exists

  • Maintenance: prevent problems

  • Evolution: add new capabilities

  • Every request logged and tracked

You already have a site or system built by another company

It doesn’t have to be one we built. Before taking it over, we assess its condition, structure, access and dependencies to decide what we can maintain, what needs fixing first and what the service scope should be.

Tell us about your system

When maintaining stops making sense

If the system no longer fits your current processes or has become too hard to change, we assess whether to keep improving it or move to a custom system that gradually replaces it.

From assessment to continuous evolution

  1. 01

    Review the site or system

Condition, operation, access and dependencies, before taking on any responsibility.

  2. 02

    Identify what needs attention

Incidents, pending updates, visible risks and recommended improvements.

  3. 03

    Agree on the scope

What the service covers, how requests are handled and what counts as a new feature.

  4. 04

    Log and handle requests

Every request is tracked: received, in progress or resolved.

  5. 05

    Evolve as needed

New processes and features assessed and added in an orderly way.

Support & maintenance FAQ

Can you take care of a site or system you didn’t build?

Yes, but we need to assess it first. We review its condition, access, structure and dependencies before confirming whether we can take over maintenance and with what scope. Sometimes initial fixes or updates are needed before regular service starts.

What happens if my site goes down?

Incidents are handled according to the agreed scope and terms. First we identify the source of the problem and decide what’s needed to restore it. Support channels and priorities are defined in advance for each client.

How quickly do you respond?

It depends on the service contracted, the incident’s priority and the agreed terms. Not every request is equally urgent, so response criteria and times are defined when the service starts.

Does support include new features?

Not necessarily. Support maintains and fixes what already exists. A new feature is evolution and may need its own assessment before being added. This separation makes it clear what’s an incident and what’s an extension.

Do you make backups?

Yes, when they’re part of the project scope. Frequency, content, retention and recovery are defined according to each site or system’s characteristics and needs.

How do I request a change or report a problem?

We set up a channel to log requests and track them. That way every request has its own ID, status and history, instead of depending on scattered conversations.

Don’t wait for something to break to find out who’s in charge

If you have a website or system that needs maintenance, was left without support or needs to keep evolving, we can start by reviewing its current state. And for the projects we build, we’re there from the start, with continuity between development, support and new needs.
